Bernard has gained valuable experience across Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Madagascar working on a range of projects from Hospital and School infrastructures to High rise Office Complexes. Gaining over 12 years’ knowledge on the various facets of pre-contract and post-contract activities as a contractor’s quantity surveyor.

Bernard assists the Projects Team in its implementation, management, and assessment of sub-contractors works, preparation of valuations for payments, reviewing pricing for goods and works, and cost reporting.

Bernard is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.
