Karin is Executive Assistant to the CEO and Financial Director, providing administrative and operational support to them and the wider team.

With a career spanning 30 years, Karin has experience in both the commercial and education sectors. Before joining Aqua Africa, she was Head of Sport at Salisbury Cathedral School until 2022. Her earlier roles include working in New Business at M&C Saatchi (advertising) and LIDA (digital and direct marketing), with her career beginning at IBM as a new graduate.

Karin thrives on the variety and challenges of working with start-ups. Notably, she was part of the team that launched the UK's first outdoor media company to advertise on temporary oversized scaffolding sites (Mega Profile). A French and German speaker, Karin is driven by opportunities to enhance the life-chances and experiences of others.
